RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a change of mind may occur. If you decide you no longer want a product, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, providing you with a store credit only, except in cases where the product is deemed faulty by our Returns Team.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original packaging and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at an additional charge.
  • Items purchased from our online sale section are final and not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear (including one-piece and sets) are non-returnable if the protective hygiene strip has been removed or altered.
  • Products with inbuilt underwear sewn into them are non-returnable.
  • E-vouchers are non-refundable.

We process all returns within five working days of receiving your items and will send you an email notification once processed. Please note that our returns department reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the stated conditions.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly.

SALE ITEM RETURNS

All items purchased from our online sale section are final and not eligible for return. For inquiries regarding fit or sizing, feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email.

COST OF RETURNS

You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of your return unless the item is faulty. Please ensure your return includes a printed order confirmation to facilitate identification. Use the original packaging whenever possible and opt for a tracked shipping method for security. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.

RETURNS TIMELINE

We process all returns within five working days of receiving your items. If a returned item fails to meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to the address on the original order.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits issued for returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.
